Return & Refund Policy
At The Little Arkis Shoppe, we aim for you to happily explore the variety of classic and indie literature we have to offer, as well as our growing assortment of gifts for writers and readers alike. Because we are a small business, we ask for your patience and understanding through any and all potential complications you may encounter.
Returns and refunds are only available for physical, in-house products. Print-on-demand products are eligible for refunds; however if an item arrives damages a new one will be sent out at no charge ONLY if a photo of the damaged item is included. If there is no photo, we cannot do a refund or send a replacement. Digital products are also not eligible for refunds.

Please note that all print-on-demand products will ship separately from any in-house books or merchandise. Because it is made to order, to reduce waste and cost, fulfillment and shipping for print-on-demand products will also take longer than the in-house items we hold in inventory, so please be patient.
Digital products will be available for download upon purchase. Please let us know if you are unable to download your digital product.
